QComp Technologies, a leading robotic systems integrator based in Wisconsin, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Service Account Manager to join our team. With our headquarters in Appleton, WI, we specialize in delivering cutting-edge robotic packaging systems, material handling systems, and automation line integration to diverse industries including flat glass, solar, consumer products, food, pharmaceuticals, plastics, paper, and metals. As we continue to expand, we offer an exciting opportunity for an individual to play a pivotal role in driving our growth as a Sales & Service Account Manager.

 

QComp Technologies boasts a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spanning 37,500 square feet in Appleton, Wisconsin. Our dedicated team of engineers, programmers, and assemblers meticulously design, test, and stage the complete robot cell in our advanced, environmentally controlled shop.

Your role and impact...

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their spare parts needs, and proactively contact customers regarding parts/service potential.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding spare parts inquiries (including emergency concerns), orders, and issue resolution.
  • Develop an understanding of the technical specifications of spare parts.
  • Provide technical support to clients regarding spare parts compatibility and usage.
  • Generate reports on spare parts sales, and other relevant metrics for all projects including communicating with customer on timing if order.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries, including emergency concerns (line down), and issue resolution from start to finish.
  • Communicate with Regional Sales Representatives and clients directly to gather necessary information for accurate quoting.
  • Provide clarification on pricing details and address any inquiries or concerns regarding the quotes.
  • Communicate internally timing and expectations of work to be done to both Project Engineers and the shop.
  • Generate reports on service sales and other relevant metrics.

Your qualifications and experience...

  • Understand drawings and BOMs.
  • Organizational, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • 2-year degree in business management, marketing, engineering, project management or related preferred.
  • Previous experience growing parts and service programs preferred.
  • Previous experience with pricing, margin management, T&M hours recording for billing.
  • Knowledge of supplier management.
  • Vision, initiative and technology know-how to structure and drive service offerings in partnership with the Sales Team and Marketing.
